Woman with Paper Mask

Health & Safety Updates

As we follow the COVID-19 pandemic climate and CDC guidelines, and out of respect for our patrons, staff, vendors, and guests, the Board of Directors and staff at the Indiana Conference for Women will be instituting the following vaccination and mask policies for our 2021 Conference on November 3rd:

In-person attendees to the November 3rd Indiana Conference for Women must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test (administered no more than 72 hours before the event). This requirement also applies to ICFW staff, guests, and volunteers. In addition, attendees will be required to wear a mask or face covering while indoors at the Conference unless actively eating or drinking. Our guests will be unmasked on stage because they will be more than the recommended six (6) feet away from our closest audience members.

What does this mean for you, our attendees?

"Vaccination" at ICFW means that fourteen (14) days have passed since receiving the second dose of an FDA or WHO authorized double-dose or fourteen (14) days have passed since receiving the single dose of FDA or WHO authorized single-dose vaccines.

Attendees who must show proof of a recent negative COVID-19 PCR test must have the test administered no more than 72 hours prior to the conference. Rapid or Antigen tests are not accepted as a proof for entry. Register for a test at a community site.

How do I show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 PCR test?

We are using the Bindle mobile app for both your convenience in uploading your information and for more efficient registration at the Conference. Use the link above to learn how easy it is upload your secure records and create a pass for the Indiana Conference for Women. If you have questions on how to complete this step before November 3rd, please contact us at hello@indianaconferenceforwomen.com

If you do not have a smartphone on which to use the Bindle app, please be prepared to either show your COVID-19 vaccination card or your negative COVID-19 PCR test results at the event as a hard copy along with a photo ID.

Additional policies

Children aged 11 and under who are not yet eligible for a COVID-19 vaccine must show a negative COVID-19 PCR test and must be accompanied by an adult who is in compliance with the aforementioned health and safety policy.

In addition to our policies listed above, the Indiana Convention Center, where the Conference will be held, has instituted cleaning and air quality policies for events. You can see a full list of what they are doing here

If you are feeling unwell on the day of or leading up to November 3rd, please stay home. You are welcome to transfer your ticket to a live online ticket and still enjoy the Conference from the comfort of your own home or office.

If you would prefer not disclose your vaccination status or get a COVID-19 PCR test, you may attend the Conference virtually with a live online ticket. If you have already purchased an in-person ticket but need to move to a live online ticket, please contact us at hello@indianaconferenceforwomen.com. You may purchase a live online ticket here

Your help with these policies allows us to continue hosting the Indiana Conference for Women in person while keeping our thousands of attendees, volunteers, and guests safe. We know that the in-person experience at the Conference is invaluable. Together, we can uplift one another and share in a life-changing day--all while staying healthy.
