INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Conference for Women (ICFW) will feature sisters, Radha and Miki Agrawal, as morning keynote speakers during its ninth-annual event on Thursday, Nov. 7. The half-Japanese, half-Indian French Canadian-born, identical twin sisters are both CEOs, entrepreneurs and authors. The duo will share their experience in finding what they love, making it happen and creating a positive impact.

“The Agrawal twins are provocative, funny and innovative and will set the tone for an amazing day designed to embrace, enlighten and empower attendees,” said Billie Dragoo Garcia, cofounder of ICFW with Deborah Collins Stephens. “Miki and Radha are informing the world at an enthusiastic pace with their respective initiatives – including THINX and Daybreaker. It seems the sisters might have figured out how to add more hours to the day to get this all done but perhaps the secret is none of it feels like work for them.”

Radha Agrawal is the co-founder, CEO and chief community architect of Daybreaker, the early morning dance and wellness move-ment that currently holds events in 25 cities and more than a dozen college campuses around the world. The community has grown to almost half a million people. She is an author, speaker, DJ, inventor and investor.

Identical twin Miki Agrawal is a serial social entrepreneur. She is the founder of the acclaimed farm-to-table, alternative pizza concept called WILD, with two locations in New York City and two in Guatemala. As the co-founder of THINX and founder of TUSHY, Miki is improving the lives of women and fighting the global sanitation crisis with the help of her team. Both start-ups are collectively valued at more than $150 million.

Both Radha and Miki have received praise in the business world. Radha was named by MTV as “One of eight women who will change the world.” Miki has been named one of the “Top 20 Millennials on a Mission.” Most recently, she was named one of Fast Company’s “Most Creative People in 2018.”

As authors, the sisters tackle questions and issues women deal with every day. Radha’s new book “Belong” answers the questions, “How the heck do I find my people?” and “How do I create large and meaningful communities in the real world?” Miki’s first #1 best-selling book entitled “DO COOL SH*T” focuses on entrepreneurship. Additionally, her recently published second #1 best-selling book “DISRUPT-HER” centers on how to disrupt your business and life powerfully.
