Kathy and Emily Blyze, Directors of Volunteer Management for the Indiana Conference for Women, are a multi-generational, mother-daughter team who are passionate about empowering women. Now directing for their third year in the role they have already made an impression on multiple professionals eager to enhance the conference experience for themselves and fellow attendees alike.
“I have volunteered at the Indiana Conference for Women for the past 3 years, every year it has grown and I have walked away empowered. I had the opportunity to meet new amazing women, while being energized by some of the top women in our country. You learn from these women, their stories and what it takes to be a woman of influence.” – Rhonda Beiswanger, Avison Young
“Volunteering for the Indiana Conference for Women has been great to be connected with Emily and Kathy, a mother and daughter leadership team that has shown appreciation toward the volunteers for our time and efforts to help to make ICW a success. The conference has provided a great opportunity to meet different kinds of people from all professional careers and women entrepreneurs, along with getting acquainted with new and old friends.” – Janet Mackins, MIND-BODY-SOUL Connection – Elder Day Services
