Biography

Deborah Collins Stephens is a co-founder of the Indiana Conference for Women. She co-founded the Marshall Goldsmith Executive Coaching and Leadership Academy for Indiana University alumni worldwide and is an executive coach and leadership development expert. As Managing Partner and co-founder of the Center for Innovative Leadership, she has worked with numerous Fortune 500 and venture-backed companies. A best-selling author of five books, Maslow on Management was named among the top ten books of the decade by The Financial Times and This Is Not The Life I Ordered was on the best sellers list for seven consecutive weeks.

As a national advisor to NAWBO and an expert coach for entrepreneurs, Deborah empowers women to lead organizations and emerging businesses. She has been a guest lecturer in Stanford University’s Entrepreneurial Thought Leader’s Forum and a leadership consultant for eBay, Ernst & Young, Microsoft, US House of Representatives, and Kaiser Permanente. Deborah’s work has been featured on National Public Radio, ABC News, Fortune, The Washington Post, and the San Francisco Chronicle.
